I have IBS which means I poop a lot. Right now I also have a bad arm injury so it means I can barely wipe my butt. It’s as fun as it sounds.
Thank you so so much for sharing this. I relate to the IBS. And (sincerely not trying to one up you but just trying to relate!) I had two broken arms in casts a couple of years ago and the doctor didn't seem to want to talk about the actual problem, which is how do you wipe your butt? Take good care of yourself and be kind to and patient with yourself always. We can laugh about these ridiculous circumstances together if you want.
