My husband had an affair with a significantly younger woman while we had 2 kids under 3. That was over a decade ago. We stayed together and I told no one about it. A couple of years ago, she died. I was so relieved that I wouldn't have to worry anymore about the secret affair being exposed and that my kids would find out.
