My wife and I have been binging this dumb little show this week and we love it. You have to suspend any sense of reality, but damn is it fun

I love that specific, highly Charlie-esque recommendation.

I object to Charlie's use of the word "dumb" to describe a show about a woman with a high IQ--Feminista would too I imagine, lol. It's a great escape and I learn something new from that Morgan character every week!

Silly is probably the word I should have used.

I watched most of the French original and I hate dubbing but I loved that show. I also love how Morgan doesn’t present as a respectable woman. She’s loud & brash and unapologetic about it. And her clothing choices are not demure in any way. She is unapologetically herself and I love seeing that in a female main character

I love this show and I look forward to it weekly. It's one of the few shows my husband and can watch together an both enjoy. I would classify it as fun, not dumb or silly. Silly is another word that rubs me the wrong way.

I am loving this show (ignoring my quibbles) and am so happy you are sharing it with the Jane gang. While attempting to flee reality, I found two Lifetime 2008 shows on Amazon Prime that feature Daniel Sunjata, who plays the detective in the show. Titles are The Front and At Risk.
